Quality Craftsmanship

Our solid wood exterior doors are built with thick, vertical grain fir panels, featuring robust profiles that emphasize durability and craftsmanship. Popular styles include Bevel Tongue & Groove Plank, Raised Panel, and Flat Panel (Shaker). Each panel is carefully sealed to protect against the elements, and our door jambs are equipped with weather-tight gaskets to provide optimal insulation and longevity.

Premium Materials

We use kiln-dried B.C. Vertical Grain Douglas Fir, known for its warmth, stability, and strength. This select clear wood is perfect for stain finishes, offering a luxurious appearance. Our doors are designed with an extra-wide 12-inch bottom rail and 6-inch stiles, ensuring a substantial look and feel, while the thick panels guarantee exceptional performance.

Expert Joinery

Constructed to withstand the test of time, our doors feature frame and panel construction with mortise and tenon joinery, ensuring they remain true for generations. We pre-hang each door with ball-bearing hinges and meticulously crafted full rabbet weather-sealed jambs for easy, precise installation. Each door is sanded to a 150-grit finish and crated for shipping, arriving ready for your on-site finishing.
