Terms & Conditons

Payment

For your convenience, we are pleased to accept all major credit cards, as well as electronic transfers.

Order and Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: To secure an order, a 50% deposit of the total order amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the goods are shipped.
  • Final Sale: All sales are final, except for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. No returns are accepted for products produced according to the specifications outlined in the sales order.
  • Cancellation: If an order must be canceled, a full refund of the deposit will be issued only if no job-specific materials have been purchased and work has not commenced. If materials have been purchased or work has begun, the refund will be the deposit amount minus the cost of materials purchased and any work completed. Cancellations must be made within 1 week of placing the order to qualify for a full deposit refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: Any product received with flawed workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If the product is beyond repair, it will be replaced with an equivalent item.
  • Shipping Insurance: All goods are insured during transit. In the event of damage incurred during shipping, a claim will be filed with the shipping company.

Door Care, Warranty, and Handling Guidelines

  • Finishing Requirements: Doors should be finished promptly, ideally within two weeks of receipt.
  • Storage Conditions: Doors must be stored in a warm, dry location until they are ready for finishing.
  • Light Exposure: IMPORTANT: Doors should not be exposed to direct sunlight before finishing, as unfinished wood may darken in color. Exposure to uneven light can lead to discoloration. If doors need to be stored for an extended period, they should be kept in a dark place or covered to prevent uneven light exposure.
  • Defective Products: Any product that is received with flawed workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced. Our liability for defective goods is limited to the repair or replacement of the product to its original state.
  • Warping Warranty: For a period of five years, doors that exhibit warping may be eligible for repair or replacement. Only products that have been handled and finished properly will be considered under this warranty.
  • Warping Limitations: A door that warps beyond a serviceable limit (more than ¼”) is deemed defective.
  • High-Exposure Locations: Doors installed in areas with high exposure will not be warranted against warping or delamination. Continuous rain splash and prolonged direct sunlight are classified as high exposure.
  • Black Paint Finishing: Doors finished in black paint will not be warranted against warping.
  • Shipping Insurance: All goods are insured during shipment, and any damage incurred will result in a claim to the shipping company.
